What was its voice, how did it speak to the consumer?

I have to revive a dead makeup brand. its called hazel bishop cosmetics
I already answered the first few questions but I am adding these questions that i need answers to. All of the answers should be based on the makeup brand Hazel bishop cosmetics.
Who was the consumer target, what type of person? Why? Did they have a loyal consumer?
What was its voice, how did it speak to the consumer? What was its message?
Did it advertise and, if so, what did the ads look like, where were they placed?
What was its pricing – high, medium, low, etc.?
Who were its competitors?
