Eu sme internationalization

Bachelors thesis about a company called Becom Group Oy (www.becom.fi). I want to study the company’s possible market entry to a new European market, Denmark most likely. If you find another European country better to write about, it works also. You could include a point about digitalization and how that changes the business.
Becom Group works as a car trader between European countries. Now it buys cars from almost all European countries but sells them only in Finland. Becom would like to sell cars also in other European markets.
Keyword examples:

I would need some text and references quickly, but those don’t have to be final. The deadline for the project is Friday 11th November.
I’ll be happy to answer further questions and help along the way. Please use the Thesis file provided. You may also contact the company to ask questions about them, if needed. 🙂

Do not forget to indent all your paragraphs and watch out for your line spacing as it should be double-spaced and applied uniformly with no extra spacing between paragraphs.

ACTUAL QUESTIONS NEEDING TO BE ADRESSED: How does gender figure into the issue of global poverty, more specifically, why do many analysts argue that economic development and population control in low-income countries depend on raising the social standing of women?
Do these notions apply to developed nations? How? Why?
Please make sure you have read your posted lectures before completing your report. You will need to apply critical thinking along with course material in order to answer these questions. (Make sure you discuss both underlined factors). Complete your IRs in essay format and do not forget to include an introduction and a conclusion.
Some things to consider:
– Please use ONLY the provided readings and videos to answer the question, this is very important as my professor does not look fondly on outside research.

– (This is a review of my first assignment, so use this to make sure you are doing what my professor asked of me to improve on.) A few pointers I can give you is that I highly recommend you include a lot more class material since it was very limited for your first IR. Do not forget to indent all your paragraphs and watch out for your line spacing as it should be double-spaced and applied uniformly with no extra spacing between paragraphs. I also recommend a much stronger international focus for your work so please make sure you include specific international examples throughout all your work for this class.
– Two attached videos below to include as well as the readings from class.

Write a full two-page, double-spaced report answering the question(s) posted (or 1 page single-spaced) for it.
– Use Times New Roman font, size 12 max, one inch margins and I am very strict on meeting the minimum required content length. Content begins from the first sentence of your first paragraph. (Your name, class name, my name, date, title, etc, do not count as content).
– Complete these reports after you have read your required readings (posted lectures AND textbook) and watched/explored any applicable required videos or external sources.
– It is required that you include actual class material and from your choice of internal source and properly reference each inclusion using in-text citations so I can confirm when, where, and how you used/included class material. One internal source highly recommended being your posted lectures and then your choice of second internal source (textbook, short videos, external readings, documentaries, etc). Do not forget to react to the information you choose to include.

“The ability to think flexibly is perhaps one of the most important thinking abilities. What is new and useful today can quickly become outdated and useless in the world of rapidly changing technological advances. The innovations and societal changes that have taken place in the past hundred years have created a reality that demands the ability to think flexibly, respond to change and adapt quickly to thrive rather than merely survive. We can only assume that technological advances and societal transformations will continue far in to the foreseeable future so that the world that our grandchildren inherit may look quite different from the one we live in today.
One part of thinking flexibly is changing our language when our language reflects outdated or rejected ways of thinking. Sometimes people feel uncomfortable with changing language that has traditionally been used and impatient with the idea of being ‘politically correct’. Using new words might seem ridiculous or unnecessary to them when the old words seem to work just fine. For example, using the word ‘firefighter’ instead of ‘fireman’ due to trying to use gender inclusive language. This small change is celebrated by some while ridiculed by others. Another example would be not using the phrase ‘illegal alien’ but rather ‘undocumented immigrant’ to express the idea that no human being is inherently ‘illegal’. The words we choose can be a way to label us as a particular kind of person we may not want to be labeled as, such as a sexist, racist, or xenophobe. The words used by people in the media and politicians are analyzed and their motives for using those words discussed and debated leading to assumptions about their characters and intentions that may or may not be true. Thinking flexibly implies that we should not make assumptions based on just a few words or facts, but be willing to look further and to change our own way of thinking about a problem or issue when confronted with varying perspectives and points of view.
People, as we know, do not come with a set of instructions. Each of them is a unique individual that has a unique perspective and ‘way of knowing’. What makes sense to one person may not make sense to another. Inevitably, we will fail as communicators if we do not think flexibly as we interact with people of diverse cultures, nationalities, language backgrounds and genders. Our fellow humans can be unpredictable and challenging, stubborn and unwilling to cooperate with our best attempts at convincing them of our own ideas. We need to find ways to reach them when they are not responding the way we thought they would or wish they would. We need to find ways to understand them when they confuse us and we need to find ways to help them understand us. Communicating well demands flexible thinking.
I have always thought of myself as a flexible person. I have lived and worked in several countries, have friends from a diversity of religious and cultural backgrounds, and speak several languages. I often change my mind, much to the chagrin of my husband and others who had certain expectations, but I have reserved the right to remain ‘flexible’ about how to go about my day and have been generally successful in this process. After all, one of the best things about being flexible is discovering new things that take good communication and plenty of flexible thinking.”

7 Recommendations and the rest
I will add an attachment with more information regarding the paper.

For this assignment you will write a policy briefing paper that is based on your research over the past 7 modules: weeks.

BRIEFING PAPER: FINAL ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW The ability to conduct research on an issue, write a detailed memorandum, and provide a briefing to your superior or a group of leaders about the issue is vitally important if you work in the field of law or public policy. This term you will be conducting research and preparing an outline to assist you as you prepare your presentation and final policy briefing paper to convey information you learned through your research over the past seven weeks. We have reached the end of the course where you will apply the concepts, principles, and themes you have learned over the past seven weeks to your analysis of the issue you have selected. This week you are to finally prepare and submit your formal analysis and recommendations to address one of the issues presented at the start of the term. INSTRUCTIONS This paper will be the culmination of your work. For this assignment you will write a policy briefing paper that is based on your research over the past 7 modules: weeks. The goal is to prepare a final report for a “client” or “principle.” Your paper must include an introduction with a thesis that clearly states the main issue and provides any/all background information needed to explain to the reader the extent of the issue. Your paper will then consist of the following 3 subsections: you will provide a detailed summary and analysis of past, current, and future policy addressing the issue. You will then also provide a conclusion where you will give your recommendation as to what course of action will best address the issue. Items to include are outlined as follows: ? Length of assignment: 10-15 double-spaced pages o The following is required but is excluded from this length requirement: abstract, reference section, and appendices. ? Format of assignment: Current Turabian Format ? Number of citations: 10 ? Acceptable sources: scholarly sources, course assigned readings, empirical journals, published within the last 20 years. This assignment includes a template to follow. See the “Briefing Paper: Final Template” This template does not include the required abstract, references section or appendices needed for this assignment (as they conform to the Turabian Style as linked in the course) this template just addresses the specific layout for the body of the paper that the instructor is looking for. Note: your paper is not a traditional research paper but a policy brief which is distinct in several ways. Policy briefs are indented to be decisive and focused and convey the practical implications of research to the audience. There are often several headings and they are very pointed. The purpose of a policy brief is to synthesize research findings information to help your reader decide what they should do. As described in the Instructions portion above, your headings will include the Introduction with your thesis statement and background information. Your brief will then include 3 subheadings: past policy, current policy, and future policy. Your brief will conclude with a Conclusion heading where you deliver your final recommendation to the audience. Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality via the Turnitin plagiarism tool.

I just need an outline that will set me up for success.

This outline will set me up for a 6-8 page paper I will have to write by the end of the semester. I need a 2-page outline of what industry, topic, and country I will be basing my report on. My professor told me I could get relevant information from different international newspapers such as The New York Times, Wall street journal, and the Washington Post. If you could use any of these sources that would be great. I do not care what topic, place, or industry is chosen. I just need an outline that will set me up for success.
