Why or why not.

1. Cultures often address issues of end of life in a variety of ways. What are the end of life issues that challenging for you? What is it about these issues that are challenging? What of your values/ beliefs impact your decision making regarding these issues?
2. What ethical principles and theories apply to the these end of life issues? Define these concepts and give specific examples of how each applies to the ethical decision making process.
3. Now that you have spent this semester studying ethics, has your thoughts and opinions changes in relationship to end of life? Why or why not.
Remember to utilize APA format. Your paper should include citations and at least two references.

Briefly outline the issue/project, identify the opposing parties and their position, state the new strategy and why (perhaps explaining what did not work previously and why) and include a brief conclusion.

Think of a proposal you previously worked on, or are currently engaged in, and using the principles and techniques from the textbook, Getting to Yes, and the video in the Learning Materials, propose or outline a new course of action, or strategy, to negotiate a “successful” outcome.
Your proposal, should be 500 words and include a minimum of two citations from the book or outside sources. Briefly outline the issue/project, identify the opposing parties and their position, state the new strategy and why (perhaps explaining what did not work previously and why) and include a brief conclusion.

My clinical change project is significant to nursing, the issue being brought to attention is Breastfeeding, breastfeeding carries many benefits for both mother and infant, yet the rates of exclusive breastfeeding are not high enough. The intention to breastfeed in Western culture is high, however many mothers stop breastfeeding before they are ready. The issue is addressed from a physiological perspective, the number of cases of primary milk insufficiency or contraindications to breastfeed are low. Despite this many women encounter various barriers to breastfeeding. Barriers that exist are seen at the social, cultural, and political level; these barriers are outside of maternal control. Breastfeeding is a public health matter and therefore it is important to review, identify and examine the impact of these barriers. The goal is to considers how the public health services can play a central role in creating a supportive breastfeeding environment for new mothers. (Brown A. Breastfeeding as a public health responsibility: a review of the evidence. J Hum Nutr Diet. 2017 Dec, 30)
Breastfeeding is inexpensive, saves time and gives the infant immunity, the health benefits are beneficial to both mother and baby, and offers cost-savings to the health care services. Education on breast feeding can include the father and can turn into a patient centered care focus. Breast feeding has evidence-based practice for new nursing mothers, there are many healthcare factors that contribute to such as healthy bacteria is essential for good gut health and good immunity against other invading microbes, breastfeeding is an infant’s first defensive and first immunizations in early life. I find that this topic targets many competencies that are learned in this program and as a future nurse practitioner I believe that promoting and advocating towards breastfeeding does good to the community and promotes health.

What is your fit with nursing (apni only), and with your chosen specialty area (apni/rn only)?

What is your fit with nursing (APNI only), and with your chosen specialty area (APNI/RN only)?
• How do you align with the Seattle University and College of Nursing mission and values?
• What do you plan to do with your DNP degree?
• Recommended length: Maximum two to three pages, 12-point Times New Roman fonts. Double space.
Please help me with this letter of intent. Below are some of the reasons I chose this route. I picked the “Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner” specialty. I have always worked with the elderly since I was old enough to work. I started off as a housekeeper in a nursing home and moved my way the chain to a Med tech. I fell in love with Healthcare because of a shortage of healthcare professionals in my country malawi that caused/led to my grandfathers untimely death. My passion grew from then on. Hopefully this will help you write a great letter of intent for me. Thanks

Describe important project constraints.

Please complete part three. part 2 is attached below for information if needed
Introduction
As you complete Part 3 of the project charter, keep in mind the overall aim of the project including the SMART objectives developed earlier. Both will help develop the measures for success.
Demonstration of Proficiency
By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the course competencies through the following assessment scoring guide criteria:
Competency 2: Analyze a health care issue from a leadership perspective, applying quality improvement principles and evidence-based standards.
Analyze organizational or systemic strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relative to the identified project aim.
Competency 3: Develop a project charter that addresses a potential gap, problem, or opportunity within a health care system.
Develop appropriate project communication strategies.
Describe important project constraints.
Analyze external dependencies that may impact the project.
Describe measures that will be used to determine the success of the project.
Competency 4: Develop a data management plan, including a plan for ethical stewardship for data use and communication.
Create a plan for collecting and managing project data.
Create guidelines designed to assure the ethical stewardship of patient data.
Note: The assessments in this course must be completed in the order presented; subsequent assessments should be built on both your earlier work and your instructor’s feedback on earlier assessments. If you choose to submit assessments prematurely, without considering and integrating your instructor’s feedback, your assessment may be returned ungraded, resulting in your loss of an assessment attempt.
Note: It is strongly suggested that you revise Parts 1 and 2 based on faculty feedback from the previous assessments as you will likely use this charter in your program keystone course.
Instructions
Complete Part 3 of the project charter. Be succinct but be sure to include all required information. Include evidence-based rationale and cite appropriately using APA. Include the reference list on the last page of the charter.
The following criteria will be used to evaluate your work:
Analyze organizational or system strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in relation to the identified project aim.
