Do 14 days of color meditations. Fill each page with colors and gestures. Her examples include shapes like triangles, dots, squares, or lines, arcs, and many others.
Spend at least 20 minutes on each. You can use colors leftover from assignments or whatever colors you like.
I hope you find it relaxing and enjoyable. By December 8, upload pictures of your 14 samples and I will give you up to 2 points of extra credit.
